Account Deletion
We are sad to see you go, but respect your decision to want to close your account by deleting it. Before deleting your account, please first be aware of the consequences of doing so as the following actions will take place:
Remaining Credits
Contact your Laundry Service Provider on their policies for refunding unused credits prior to deleting your account as any remaining credits on the account will be forfeit once it has been deleted.
Applied Payment Methods
Any applied payment methods will be disassociated from the respective Laundry Service Providers to whom they were registered.
Notifications and Communications
You will no longer receive notifications related to the use of the application. Communications via email or text from the respective Laundry Service Providers to whom you provided contact information to will need to be opted out from following their instructions on doing so.
Account Status
Account deletion is irreversible, and you will no longer be able to access your account through the authentication method you used to sign up with. You may create a new account using the prior authentication method used, but it will have no connection to the account that was deleted.
Next StepsWhile logged into the LaundryCat App, select the Account Settings option from the Navigation Menu on the Main Screen. From there scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings screen and tap the Delete Account button which will take you to the Delete Account screen. Having understood the terms there, tap the Delete Account button at the bottom of the screen to finalize deletion of your account.
